Friends of Palmer is a not for profit 501 (c) 3 corporation operating under the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States of America . Our mission is to raise funds from individuals, businesses, foundations and civic organizations in support of academic enrichment programs to benefit the students and families of John M. Palmer Elementary School .
